GENERAL PHYSICS LAB/ ALLIED PHYSICS LAB

The General Physics/ Allied Physics Lab is a comprehensive facility designed to provide hands-on learning experiences in the fundamental principles of physics. It is equipped with a variety of instruments and apparatus that enable students to conduct experiments, validate theoretical concepts, and develop practical skills. Key areas include mechanics, optics, electricity and magnetism, thermodynamics, and waves and sound, using various instruments like lenses, multimeters, and spectrometers.

ELECTRONICS LAB

The Electronics Lab is equipped to provide learning experience in fundamental analog and digital electronic circuits and devices. The lab has facilities to design and test simple circuits including Power supplies, Multimeters, CROs and Microprocessor

The Physics Department Library is a dedicated space for students, faculty, and researchers, focused on the various branches of physics. The library houses an extensive collection of 1,520 textbooks (excluding reference books) available for lending to students and research scholars. In addition, over 50 books are available under the gifted category, further enriching the library's offerings.

The library caters primarily to undergraduate students and research scholars, providing a wealth of resources, including textbooks, reference books, and research papers. It also offers access to digital resources, such as e-books, ensuring that students can access the latest information and developments in the field of physics.     

The library's collection is continuously updated every academic year to incorporate the latest research and advancements, making it an invaluable resource for anyone involved in the study of physics at LRG Government Arts College.
