The following equipment’s are used by students and staff to maintain fitness:
1. Tread Mill Jogger:
They increase high-density lipoprotein and reduce low-density lipoprotein in the blood. Jogging or running on a treadmill helps to lose weight as well as burn fat quickly and effectively. Yet its easier on knees and joints than outdoor running
