The placement cell actively cultivates industry partnerships by inviting reputable organizations to conduct campus recruitment drives.

ACTIVITIES
SEMINAR ON “ENTREPRENEURSHIP DEVELOPMENT
A seminar on entrepreneurship development, followed by an exhibition, was held on 24.01.2024, under the leadership of District Collector T. Christuraj, I.A.S., Tirupur. The event featured addresses by various distinguished speakers who discussed topics such as entrepreneurship development, competitive examinations, and private sector job opportunities. All final-year UG and PG students actively participated, and prizes were awarded to the winners of the essay competition.
SEMINAR ON "FOREX TRADING"
A seminar on "Forex Trading" was held on 15.09.2023, featuring a special address by Mrs. Amsaveni, Coordinator of S M Academy, Tirupur. The seminar provided valuable insights into the global reach, high transaction volume, 24/7 operation, and key features of the foreign exchange market. All final-year UG and PG students actively participated, gaining significant knowledge about the dynamics of Forex trading.
MEGA JOB FAIR
The Naan Mudhalvan Nodal Placement Centre, Tirupur, in collaboration with the Tamil Nadu Skill Development Corporation, organized a District-level "Mega Job Fair" at L.R.G. Government Arts College for Women on 22.06.2024. The event, coordinated by the Placement Cell, featured 53 companies and resulted in 525 students securing job placements, including over 125 students from L.R.G. Government Arts College for Women. District Collector T. Christuraj, I.A.S., Tirupur, distributed appointment letters to the newly hired students and presented appreciation certificates to the faculty members
