The College Bazaar at L.R.G. Government Arts College is an ideal platform for nurturing entrepreneurship among young women. Here, students learn valuable skills and techniques that are essential for their future careers. Many of our students hail from remote areas of Tirupur and belong to economically underprivileged families, often being first-generation learners. L.R.G. College is committed to empowering these students through a variety of skill development programs. Our students actively participate in extramural activities, understanding the importance of building a strong portfolio of achievements. They have successfully created a range of products, including cosmetics, beauty items, and waste-to-wealth innovations.

AN EXHIBITION-CUM-SALE OF INTERIOR DESIGN ITEMS

On April 20, 2022, the students of the Food Science and Nutrition Department organized an exhibition-cum-sale of interior design items on campus. The event, inaugurated by our Principal, Dr. M.R. Yezhili, showcased the students' skills and hidden talents in fine arts. The exhibition, attended by all faculty and students, was aimed at fostering leadership and entrepreneurship skills among the participants. The students displayed great enthusiasm and were successful in selling their products, making the event a resounding success.
