ASSOCIATION MEETING : 2022-23

TOPIC :  KATHAIPPOMAH

The association function was held on February 3, 2016. The chief guest for the meeting was Dr. Poongodi, M.A., M.Phil., Ph.D. The event began with a prayer song and the lighting of the lamp. The welcome address was delivered by Mrs. Tamilmalar, Head of the Department. Dr. J. Girija Arockiya Mary, Assistant Professor of Tamil, introduced the chief guest. Dr. Poongodi delivered a special lecture on literature, which was highly beneficial for the students understanding. She provided valuable insights that enhanced the students knowledge during the session. Faculty members from other departments also participated in the function, and the vote of thanks was presented by the Department Secretary.

TOPIC : Short Film On Community portrayal

The association function took place on April 27, 2022, featuring Mr. Pughazh as the chief guest. The event commenced with a prayer song and the lighting of the lamp. Dr. Tamilmalar, Head of the Department, delivered the welcome address. Dr. Puvaneshwari, Assistant Professor of Tamil, introduced the chief guest. Mr. Pughazh presented a special lecture on the film industry and direction, specifically focusing on short films. This session was highly informative and provided valuable insights that greatly benefited the students. Faculty members from various departments also attended the event, and the vote of thanks was given by Department Secretary Monisha.
