Swachh Bharat Mission (SBM), Swachh Bharat Abhiyan, or Clean India Mission is a country-wide campaign initiated by the Government of India on 2 October 2014 to eliminate open defecation and improve solid waste management and to create Open Defecation Free (ODF) villages. The program also aims to increase awareness of menstrual health management.
According to the swatch bharat mission, all academic institutions are insisted to follow the activities for cleanliness of the promises and creating awareness among the students and public. In this regard, our college is actively participating in the mentioned activities in association with our college NSS volunteers. Periodical cleaning and maintenance are looked after by Swatch Bharat Committee. Our NSS volunteers are involved in making the adopted village people aware of this mission.
