The Parent-Teacher Association (PTA) has been active in our college since 1996 and was officially registered on 6th April 2015, in accordance with the proceedings of the Director of Collegiate Education (35891-P4 94) dated 1st June 1995 and 10th February 1996, under registration number 74/2015. The PTA plays a vital role in enhancing cooperation and active participation of parents in the development of the college and its various activities. Meetings are held periodically to discuss and address issues concerning the welfare of students. Both positive and negative feedback is openly shared to ensure timely improvements and to maintain a conducive academic environment. The PTA also plays a crucial role in supporting the staffing needs of the college by appointing Guest Lecturers, Lab Assistants, Office Assistants, and watchmen as required. PTA funds, which are collected and deposited in a separate bank account, are utilized primarily for the payment of salaries for these staff members. All decisions regarding the allocation of these funds are made in consultation with the Principal and Academic Council Members, with resolutions being duly recorded. Additionally, the PTA fund transactions are audited regularly by an authorized auditor to ensure transparency and accountability. For the current academic year, the following faculty members are responsible for overseeing the Parent-Teacher Association.
