Department of Business Administration was established in the year 2017 as functioning full-time course in second shift effectively with four qualified faculty members and one hundred and eighty students. Since, Bachelor of Business Administration is a three-year full-time course. The program aims to develop the students’ intellectual ability, executive personality and managerial skills through an appropriate amalgamation of business practices and subjects about all the functional areas of management such as Production, Marketing, Finance, HRM, systems and general management. Moreover, For the purpose of employability subjects included in the syllabus like NAAN MUDHALVAN, Soft skills, Communication skills for executives, Project, PC software, and Entrepreneurship development. During the Final year, students undergo a project work and in plant training in which students learn to do research effectively and to bring solution for certain problems in the business field and related to society. Moreover, soft skills ensure of strengthening their professional and employability skills. Frequent Guest lecturer programs organized in various topics with eminent Trainers to enhance the skills of the students to tune their skills to cope up with modern business world. Special training programmes are offering to students, how to clear TANSET Examinations, Competitive examinations conducted by State & Central Governments. The departments have Associated with National Institute of Securities Markets and Tirupur Exporters Association for conducting Guest lectures & Training Programmes for the young minds to develop the Entrepreneurial skills.
