Swachh Bharat aspires to improve the quality of life in the rural areas, by promoting cleanliness, hygienic lifestyle besides, eliminating open defecation. Swachh Bharat Mission extends its service by generating employment through Tourism and boost India's GDP. The recent study made by World Health Organization (WHO) explicitly expresses how unhygienic conditions become the major root cause of ailment and illness. Due to lack of hygienic conditions and lack of cleanliness there is persistent annual minimum medical expenditure of Rs.6500 incurred upon every Indian. Therefore, the Swachh Bharat Abhiyan(SBA) is constituted by the government of India to campaign cleanliness of the country. The Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi launched this Swachh Bharat mission On 2 nd October 2014 at Rajpath in New Delhi. Swachh Bharat mission has been positively proofing itself all through the country. The campaign aims to achieve the vision of a “Clean India” by 2 nd October 2019.
